Education & Public Programs

Our education and public programs are designed to make urban ecology accessible, rigorous, and engaging for diverse audiences. We offer public lectures, workshops, and field based experiences that connect participants directly with current research, real data, and the scientific process, fostering ecological literacy and meaningful engagement with local biodiversity.

In addition to public programming, we visit classrooms and develop classroom ready curricula in collaboration with educators. These materials emphasize hands on, inquiry driven learning and introduce students to urban ecosystems through authentic scientific questions and methods, helping bridge the gap between research and education.
